Modularity and efficiency of the system for a shed of 1200 square meters and 11 meters high (without thermal power plant)

Born in 1962 as a division of EIMCO, Envirotech Molded Products Srl has been working successfully for over 50 years in the filtration sector and since 2002 has been part of the German Klinkau group.
Envirotech Molded Products Srl has positioned itself as a world leading company in filter plate manufacturing for various sectors, including food, chemical, water purification, pharmaceuticals, mining and wine.
The company is present all over the world with operating locations in Europe, America and Asia. The customer' need was to provide efficient heating of the production hall, with an area of about 1200 square meters and a height of over 10 m.
The previous plant with radiant strips with high fuel consumption and low comfort for the employees was inefficient.
The new Robur solution consists of 2 Caldaria Condensing 100 and 1 Condensing Boiler 55 with heater. Air heaters are mounted at 2.5 m high.
Among the advantages explained by the customer:
- comfortable and homogeneous temperature in different areas;
- savings compared to the previous plant higher than 30%, with far higher comfort;
- the Robur solution avoided the construction of a thermal power plant.
In addition, the customer has benefited of he local tax deduction (55%).
With this type of system we have avoided the construction of a thermal power plant.
