20 years of know-how in the poultry sector, with solutions made to suit your business.
Robur’s range dedicated to heating for the poultry sector offers top performance and technology, thanks to over 40 years of experience in the design and manufacturing of particularly efficient gas unit heaters and almost 20 years of know-how gained in the poultry sector internationally.
The Next-G Robur Condensing and Modulating Gas Unit Heater designed for the poultry sector is ideal for managing and ensuring constant temperatures throughout the breeding chain and guaranteeing top performance: energy saving, optimisation of overall spaces, increase in the healthiness of the farm.
Features
- 100% Made in Italy.
- Nominal thermal efficiency up to 106%.
- Electronic commands with antioverheating sensor in case of high temperatures.
- Thermal power of 43.2 kW.
- High efficiency condensing gas unit heater. For correct installation, a condensate drain from the combustion fumes must be provided.
Example of use
Example of gas unit heaters positioning
Gas unit heaters are usually installed on 2 lines with alternating air flow running parallel to the length of the enclosed area.
The gas unit heater has a sealed type of combustion, i.e. the combustion air and the exhaust of the fumes are transferred outside: there are no harmful emissions in the indoor environment and combustion always operates optimally.
Software Genius by Robur for remote control and management
The Genius software for remote control is a program specifically developed for the remote management of gas unit heaters, which can be installed on a PC with Windows operating system, allowing you to centrally manage up to 100 Robur Next-G gas unit heaters divided into 30 zones.
The control can be independent (i.e. delegated to the individual units) or centralised, allowing:
- Assign each gas unit heater to its own zone.
- Adjust and vary the temperature for each zone.
- Adjust the hours and/or days of operation of each zone.
- Set the operation of the gas unit heaters on multiple temperature levels.
- Reset gas unit heaters in bulk (when possible).
- Send information emails about system activation/deactivation/blocking to desired email addresses (if the PC is connected to an email system).
- If the PC on which the software is installed is remotely accessible, the software allows remote management of the entire heating system from multiple devices.
Highlights
- Efficiency: average efficiency of more than 100%, thanks to the optimisation of the heat exchange/ventilation ratio.
- Healthiness of the heated environment: gas unit heaters do not release CO2 and humidity into the environment, increasing healthiness and decreasing animal mortality.
- Modularity: modular system, avoids the risk of failure to supply heat in the event of a heater failure.
- Centralised management of the entire heating system, including the remote reset option.
- Elimination of the occupation of internal and external space for the placement of heaters.
- Almost 20 years of experience installing hot air generators in this specific poultry sector.
Controllers
Digital remote control with Re-Mote touch screen
The control is equipped with a 7” colour touch screen dedicated to the command and monitoring of up to 30 Next-G series gas unit heaters installed in several zones, (up to 6, independent of each other).
- Power modulation
- Blocking Signal
- Reset (unlock)
- Adjustable room thermostat for each zone
- Heating/Ventilation Only Switch
- On/off switch
- Time scheduling
- Advanced adjustments
- Centralized management of up to 30 heaters
- Individual control of each zone
- Subdivision of up to 6 zones
- Advanced diagnostics
- Internet connection possible
As an alternative to Robur control systems, gas unit heaters can also be managed by an external BMS system, thanks to the predisposition of each unit to be connected to a communication network with Modbus protocol.
